Job Title: Head – Talent Acquisition & Corporate HRLocation: Gurgaon, HaryanaDepartment: Human ResourcesReporting To: CHROCompany: BIBA Fashion Ltd.Role PurposeThe Head – Talent Acquisition & Corporate HR will be responsible for driving the company’s talent strategy, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring, and managing key HR processes for corporate functions. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce aligned with BIBA’s growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, design, and manufacturing roles. - Partner with business leaders to plan and fulfil manpower requirements effectively. - Design and execute employer branding initiatives to position BIBA as a preferred workplace. - Drive leadership hiring and build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. - Implement recruitment analytics, dashboards, and process automation for efficiency. - Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search partners, and institutes. - Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.Corporate HR- Oversee HR operations for all corporate employees including onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance. - Manage annual performance management and goal-setting processes. - Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives at the head office. - Partner with function heads to identify capability gaps and support development interventions. - Ensure smooth policy implementation and governance across corporate functions. - Support manpower budgeting, cost analysis, and productivity improvement initiatives.People & Leadership- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters/HR generalists to deliver business-aligned outcomes. - Collaborate closely with HR COEs (Compensation, L&D, HRBP) to ensure a unified HR approach. - Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on talent trends and workforce planning. - Contribute to organizational projects related to digital HR transformation and culture enhancement.Key Interfaces- Business & Function Heads - Retail & Factory HR Teams - External Search Partners and Institutions - Corporate HR COEsDesired Profile- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute. - Experience: 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR. - Industry Preference: Fashion Retail / Apparel / LifestyleKey Skills:- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Leadership Hiring & Employer Branding - HR Business Partnering & Engagement - Policy & Process Management - HR Analytics & Digital ToolsPersonal Attributes- Strategic mindset with strong execution ability. - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - High ownership, agility, and solution orientation. - Strong communication and influencing skills. - Passion for people, culture, and organizational growth.
