We’re ahigh-growth startup , bootstrapped but ambitious, headquartered inHyderabad (Bangalore Location Hybrid model)with clients acrossIndia and UAE .Sales Development Representative (SDR) India & UAE Business Development FocusLocation:Bangalore (Hybrid — 2 days/week from office) Experience:2–5 years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales / Lead Generation Reports to:Head of GTM & SalesRole OverviewAs an SDR at ImpactSuite.AI, you’ll be responsible forcreating and qualifying opportunitiesacross India and the Middle East. You’ll be the first point of contact for CXOs, VPs of Sales, and Operations leaders — helping them discover how ImpactSuite can transform their field teams’ productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify, and engage ICP accounts across India and UAE (FMCG, Pharma, Agri, Infra, Retail). Execute personalized outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls. Book and qualify50+ discovery meetings per quarteraligned with GTM goals. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline reports. Collaborate with AEs on handover and meeting prep (context, decision-makers, challenges). Participate in industry webinars, events, and roundtables for lead generation. Provide qualitative feedback to marketing & product on ICP trends.Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS prospecting. Proven record of scheduling meetings with CXOs in enterprise or mid-market organizations. Strong written and verbal communication. Understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and outreach tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator).
