Job Description – Account Delivery Head Position : Account Delivery Head Experience : 15+ years in IT Services Delivery & Account ManagementRole OverviewThe Account Delivery Head will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, client relationship management, and account growth for strategic accounts. This leadership role demands strong expertise in IT services delivery across Infra, Cloud, Security, Salesforce, Analytics, AI, and Microsoft solutions. The role also requires P&L ownership, governance, and the ability to drive customer success through high-quality delivery and trusted client partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships withCXO-level stakeholdersin assigned client accounts. Act as atrusted advisor and escalation pointfor client issues. Driveclient satisfaction (NPS)by delivering business value and ensuring consistent communication.Delivery ExcellenceEnsurehigh-quality deliveryof IT services, solutions, and projects acrossInfra, Cloud, Security, Salesforce, Analytics, AI, and Microsoft solutions . Define and monitorSLAs, KPIs, and compliance metrics . Implementdelivery frameworks and best practicesto ensure operational efficiency and customer success.P&L OwnershipOwnaccount profitabilityincluding revenue, margins, resource utilization, and cost optimization. Ensuresustainable and predictable financial growththrough disciplined delivery execution.Account Growth & StrategyIdentify opportunities foraccount mining, cross-sell, and upsellacross the portfolio. Collaborate withSales and Presalesto participate inRFPs, proposals, and solutioning . Develop and executeaccount growth strategiesaligned with business objectives.Governance & ReportingLeadgovernance forumssuch as QBRs and steering committee meetings with clients. Providetransparent reportingon delivery performance, risks, opportunities, and financials.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentorTechnology Delivery Managers (TDMs) and Architectsacross onsite and offshore teams. Ensureteam motivation, career growth, performance management, and succession planning . Foster aculture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement .Risk & ComplianceProactivelyidentify delivery risksand establish effective mitigation strategies. Ensurecompliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirementsacross accounts.Top Skills RequiredExperience in IT Services Companywith proven delivery leadership. Customer Delivery Excellenceand client engagement. P&L Ownershipand financial accountability. Account Growth Strategy(cross-sell, upsell, mining). Driving NPSand client satisfaction. Leading TDMs & Architectsto deliver at scale.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 15+ years of experience inIT services delivery, account management, and client leadership . Strong exposure toInfra, Cloud, Security, Salesforce, Analytics, AI, and Microsoft solutions . Proven track record ofmanaging large accountswith multi-million-dollar revenues. Excellentstakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills .
