Job Title: Delivery Head – IT Infrastructure ServicesExperience:15+ years in IT Infrastructure Delivery, P&L Management, and Client EngagementJob SummaryTheDelivery Head (IT Infrastructure)will lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services (Cloud, Data Center, Network, Security, etc.), ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong background ininfrastructure project delivery , contract management, and C-level stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Growth & Account ExpansionDriveYoY revenue growththrough strategic account planning and expansion of infrastructure services (Cloud Migration, Managed Services, DevOps, etc.).Identifyupsell/cross-sell opportunities(e.g., hybrid cloud, cybersecurity) and lead proposal efforts.2. Profit & Margin ManagementOwngross margin targetsfor fixed-bid and managed infrastructure contracts.Optimize delivery costs (resource utilization, vendor negotiations, automation).3. Budget & Contract OversightEnsure adherence tofixed budgetsfor infrastructure projects (SOWs, MSAs, POs).Manage contractrenewals , amendments, and compliance (SLAs, KPIs).4. Client Relationship & GovernanceLeadC-level stakeholder engagement(CIOs, CTOs) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).ImproveNet Promoter Score (NPS)by addressing client pain points proactively.5. Delivery ExcellenceOversee infrastructure service delivery (ITIL, Agile, DevOps) with a focus onquality, scalability, and security .Resolvecritical escalations(e.g., outages, security breaches) with minimal client impact.6. Team LeadershipManageonsite/offshore delivery teams(Infrastructure Architects, Cloud Engineers, Network Specialists).Foster innovation (AIOps, automation) and skill development.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:15+ years inIT Infrastructure Services(Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security).Proven track record inP&L management($10M+ accounts) andmargin optimization .Expertise ininfrastructure contracts(SOWs, MSAs) andgovernance frameworks(ITIL, ISO 27001).Experience working withC-level stakeholders(CIOs, CISOs).Preferred:Certifications:ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure Cloud, CISSP .Background inmanaged servicesandtransition/migration projects .
