We specialize in premium skincare and haircare products designed to empower our customers to look and feel their best.Key Responsibilities: Customer relationship management Drive in-store sales and meet/exceed targets Should be efficient with English, Telugu & Hindi Languages Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty Manage stock levels and visual merchandising Process transactions and handle point-of-sale operations Stay up to date on the latest beauty trends and product knowledgeWhat We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a retail or beauty/skincare/haircare sales role (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for the beauty industry and a customer-first mindset Positive attitude, team player, and a proactive approach Flexibility to work on weekends and retail hoursWhy Join Us?
