Job Description
We are actively seeking for an Executive Assistant who is also proficient in accounting and financial management. The position requires expertise in Tally software for accounting tasks and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Role: Executive Assistant with Accounting Expertise
Location: Delhi
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Tally, Excel, and financial administration, enabling them to manage both executive support and key accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistance:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for executive meetings.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and office systems.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
Accounting & Financial Support:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and handling accounts payable/receivable using Tally software.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow projections.
- Create and update financial models, budgets, and forecasts using Excel.
- Assist in payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance documentation.
- Support audits and financial reviews by preparing required financial statements and schedules.
- Track and manage office expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and budget limits.
Additional Duties:
- Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support across the organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role with significant exposure to accounting functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Tally software and Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling, pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives, clients, and teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial matters.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
