Office timings: 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

**Essential Skills and Exposure**:
Payment Follow-up on a regular basis
Handling Payments and posting entries, JV's related to pre-paid & provisions
Receipts entry and allocations.
Petty Cash payments, Verification, Allocation & posting
Logistics booking and tracking
Maintaining Ledger & provide accurate information’s whenever required
Managing office Assets & stationery purchase
Office Maintenance and utility bill payment
Managing daily cash & bank updating
Coordinating with banking & related activities
Leave tracking and coordinating with HR Department
Handling Company renewals & subscriptions
External Audit coordination and provide information’s to Auditors

**Job Qualifications**:

- B.Com with minimum 1 years of experience in Finance and Accounting field.
- Understanding of accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations and banking business

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
