Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team at Arbor Investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Sources potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer rollouts.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market compensation benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring trends.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • A proactive and result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
