You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies and smart ad spend management.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. - Optimize campaign performance for lead generation, conversions, and ROI. - Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and improve cost per acquisition (CPA/CAC). - Manage and track daily budgets, bids, and key growth metrics. - Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives. - Implement SEO and retargeting strategies to boost campaign efficiency. - Collaborate with influencers and content creators to plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads). - Proven track record of managing ad budgets and achieving measurable results. - Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console. - Basic understanding of SEO, funnels, and landing page optimization. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
