We’re on a mission to help creators grow with the right tools, data, and strategies — and performance marketing plays a huge role in that journey.We’re looking for aPerformance Marketing Executivewho can take ownership of campaigns, drive measurable results, and fuel our growth engine.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimizepaid marketing campaigns acrossGoogle Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)andMeta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) . Own theperformance marketing funnel : from campaign setup to reporting, analysis, and continuous optimization. Track, monitor, and analyze key metrics such asCPC, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions , ensuring efficiency and ROI. Collaborate with design and content teams to developcompelling creatives, ad copies, and landing pagesthat convert. RunA/B testson creatives, targeting, and messaging to enhance campaign performance. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up withlatest industry trends, tools, and best practicesin performance marketing. Partner with product and growth teams to ensure alignment between campaigns andbusiness goals / user acquisition strategies . Deliverweekly and monthly performance reportswith actionable insights and recommendations.Requirements: 2–4 yearsof proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Hands-on experience withGoogle AdsandMeta Ads Manager(Search, Display, Video, Facebook, Instagram). Strong analytical skills; proficiency withGoogle Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets . A creative mindset with the ability toideate ad copies, hooks, and innovative campaign strategies . Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills . Ability tomanage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize for ROI . Experience with other channels likeLinkedIn Ads or Twitter Adsis a plus. Familiarity withfunnel optimization, retargeting strategies, and attribution modelsis preferred. Hindi proficiency is mandatory.Location: This is afull-time on-site rolebased out of ourDomlur, Bangalore.Why Join Us?
