We’re on a mission to help creators grow with the right tools, data, and strategies — and performance marketing plays a huge role in that journey.We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of campaigns, drive measurable results, and fuel our growth engine.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). - Own the performance marketing funnel: from campaign setup to reporting, analysis, and continuous optimization. - Track, monitor, and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, ensuring efficiency and ROI. - Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that convert. - Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and messaging to enhance campaign performance. - Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. - Partner with product and growth teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business goals / user acquisition strategies. - Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Requirements:- 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Facebook, Instagram). - Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets. - A creative mindset with the ability to ideate ad copies, hooks, and innovative campaign strategies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize for ROI. - Experience with other channels like LinkedIn Ads or Twitter Ads is a plus. - Familiarity with funnel optimization, retargeting strategies, and attribution models is preferred. - Hindi proficiency is mandatory.Location:This is a full-time on-site role based out of our Domlur, Bangalore.Why Join Us?At Graphy, you’ll be part of a fast-growing team working at the intersection of creators, technology, and growth marketing.
