Job Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our comprehensive marketing efforts, including digital and traditional marketing, brand management, and market positioning. This role will be crucial in shaping and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, enhance our brand presence, and drive customer engagement and growth. 

 

Key Responsibilities 


Strategic Marketing Leadership 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with atQor's overall business objectives and growth plans. 
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including traditional marketing, digital marketing, brand management, content marketing, events, public relations, and partner marketing. 
  • Lead the development of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and practice areas in collaboration with the CEO and align with Microsoft and atQor GTM priorities. 


Traditional and Digital Marketing Management  

  • Direct the digital marketing team in executing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels. 
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing activities, including physical and virtual events, trade shows, webinars, print campaigns, and public relations efforts. 
  • Ensure that all campaigns, whether digital or traditional, are aligned with GTM strategies and effectively target key customer segments. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on the ROI of all marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver measurable results. 


Campaign Management and Execution 

  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up of all marketing events, including budgeting, vendor management, and performance analysis. 
  • Develop metrics to measure the success of campaigns and events, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes. 


Brand Development and Management 

  • Define and strengthen atQor's brand identity and market positioning across all channels and geographies. 
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content that communicates our value proposition and differentiates us in the marketplace. 
  • Manage public relations and media relationships to enhance brand visibility and reputation. 


Market Research and Analysis 

  •  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. 
  • Provide insights into customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform marketing tactics and business development efforts. 


Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership 

  • Work closely with the sales, product development, and delivery teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business needs and goals. 
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Microsoft and other technology partners, to enhance co-marketing and co-selling opportunities. 


Budget and Performance Management 

  •  Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. 
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. 
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize marketing performance and outcomes. 


Qualifications and Experience 

  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in the IT/technology sector is highly desirable. 
  • Skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, both digital and traditional. 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading digital marketing and traditional marketing teams. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices. 
  • Strong experience in planning and executing successful events and campaigns with a measurable ROI. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Brand Awareness: Growth in brand recognition and reputation, measured through surveys, social media mentions, and media coverage. 
  • Lead Generation: Increase in marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) generated through marketing campaigns. 
  • Campaign ROI: Return on investment from all marketing activities, including events, digital campaigns, and traditional marketing efforts. 
  • Digital Marketing Performance: Improvement in key digital metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement). 
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Growth in new customer acquisition and improvement in customer retention rates.
