Job Profile:


We are hiring for Banking and Treasury Head who would be managing all treasury matters for Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. The candidate should be from MBA Finance Background with a solid experience of 12 – 15 years in Treasury Management dealing with multiple Banks. The right incumbent should have managed an overall limit exposure of INR 1500 to 2000 Cr.


The position is based out of our corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana, India


Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to evaluate Long Term, Short Term & Strategic Fund requirement.
  • Responsible to liaise with Bankers, Lenders, NBFC’s, Credit Rating agencies.
  • Benchmarking of Cost of Capital & funding exposure in competitive environment
  • Handling end-to-end Pre-Sanction & Post-Sanction Credit Facilities activities, Due-Diligence, Compliance, Negotiation, Structuring engagements, and Credit Rating renewal & up-gradation.
  • Responsible for statutory compliances like RBI, FEMA Banking related, financial disclosures, policies current and impact in future due to new / change in regulatory policy
  • Experience in handling and dealing with 12 to 15 banks as multiple banking arrangement with overall limit exposure of INR 1500 cr.
  • Timely information such as Stock Statement, CMA Preparation & Reporting, FFR-1, FFR-II, Stock audit to banks as per due dates.
  • Cash Flow Management through detail focus on Payments & Collections
  • Working Capital Management (Fund-Based & Non-Fund Based), Term Loans with annual renewal of credit facilities with negotiation on terms & conditions to improve P&L
  • Submit various reports & data to Banks as per their requirements.



Experience And Skills:


  • The candidate must have 12 – 15 years of Finance management experience along with proven track record in Banking and Treasury Management
  • Financial Analytical Skills and strong corporate finance legal understanding
  • Good Communication Skills, Verbal and written
  • Financial Modelling Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Cost Analysis
  • Good Knowledge on Material Module (MM)
