Job SummaryThe Sales Head – Jewellery Retail will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and team performance across all jewellery showrooms operating under the Chandanaz brand.Job Qualifications & RequirementsGraduate / Postgraduate in Sales, Retail, or Business ManagementRequire 12-15 years of experience in jewellery retail, including 5+ years in a leadership role with proven experience in managing multi-store operations in a single brand.Strong team leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsDeep understanding of customer buying behavior and regional jewellery trendsWillingness to travel frequently across store locationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, purchase and sales planning tools, and ERP systemsExcellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skillsFluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesSet monthly and annual sales targets for all showrooms and monitor achievement at the store and team level.Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. Supervise day-to-day retail operations of all 7 jewellery showrooms.Lead showroom managers and ensure consistent customer service, stock handling, and visual merchandising standards.Implement SOPs for sales, billing, product display, and staff grooming.Monitor staff performance and manage incentive programs to drive high performance.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a consistent in-store experience across locations.Build and nurture relationships with HNI/VIP clients and oversee loyalty program implementation.Review stock allocation and replenishment across stores to manage inventory and reduce aged stock.Work with Marketing and MarCom teams to align promotions, campaigns, and local offers.Identify training needs and coordinate regular programs on product knowledge and sales techniques.Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for leadership with actionable insights.
