ONLY TRAINERS Job Summary:Role: Training Lead Experience: 6year to 10 years Job Location: KolkataEligibility:Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in any stream - CA Inter, B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred) Willing to work in rotational shiftJob Description : 1) Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and key financial metrics 2) Expertise in data reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms 3) Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences 4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills 5) Track training completion rates and provide feedback to individuals and teams on performance 6) Conduct regular training sessions to reinforce key concepts and address any emerging data challenges 7) Deliver training sessions to employees at various levels of financial expertise, tailoring content to different roles and skill levels 8) Create engaging training materials including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises utilizing relevant financial data tools 9) Identify training needs within the finance department by collaborating with stakeholders to understand data usage and reporting requirementsMandatory Skill Sets 1) Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and key financial metrics. 2) Expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms. 3) Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences. 4) Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCertification Required if any1) Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field 2) Minimum 6 years of experience in financial analysis or data management role 3) Proven experience in training delivery and curriculum development, ideally within a financial context.Span of Control Collaboration with location projectsReporting To (Site Lead/DP/CP) Training ManagerShift Timings Flexible-Overlapping ShiftMandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN)EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
