Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to promoting and

selling our unique Financial Trainings (Financial planning course - useful for every

family) directly to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales

targets.

The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, strong communication skills,

passion for sales, manage team and the ability to deliver results in time line.

Key Responsibilities:


• Driving sales with team


• Appoint team of Direct Sales Executives


• Getting the team trained


• Lead generation for team


• Conduct financial awareness sessions, client presentations, and product


• demos.


• Lead and drive team for Customer acquisition.


• Understand customers' financial training needs.


• Achieve sales targets.


• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirement:


• The candidate must have leadership skills and proven track record of team

management.


• Must have 2 years experience in sales in B2C in life insurance, bank CASA,

financial services, edtech, share broking or any services.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Must be living in the city for at least last 2 years.


• Experience in BFSI sector is preferred.


• Must have his own vehicle.Package:


• CTC – 4 lacs
