Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at BloomEgg in South Delhi. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for benefits administration, HR management, human resources information systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Manage vendor relationships, including coordination, communication, and contract administration.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory; ensure proper asset management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing office events.
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage office budgets as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment; coordinate office safety procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as needed.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Support in Financial tasks.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.


Shift Timings- 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Mode of working- Hybrid

Salary- 25,000/- to 2800/- (in hand)

Location- Saket, Delhi
