Description :Associate Data ScientistYear of Experience 1-2 YearsLocation Baner, PuneShift Timings 09 :30 AM to 06 :00 PM (Mon-Fri)Department : Information TechnologyJob Description :At ChiStats, were on the lookout for a passionate Data Scientist to help us shape the future of intelligent solutions.Youll join a fast-moving, innovation-driven team solving real-world problems using the latest in Python-based data stacks, scalable APIs, modern databases, and cloud-native infrastructure.Were especially seeking someone with a strong foundation in Generative AIsomeone who is excited by the possibilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and understands how to balance cutting-edge experimentation with practical implementation.If you thrive in lean, fast-moving environments where ownership matters and ideas turn into action this is your playground.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications to solve complex business problems- Integrate various LLM APIs into production systems- Perform advanced text analysis using both traditional machine learning methods and modern GenAI approaches- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Stay current with the latest developments in the GenAI space and implement new techniques as appropriate- Document and communicate technical concepts to technical stakeholder- Participate in the entire machine learning lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and monitoringQualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field- Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in data science or related roles- Proven expertise in developing GenAI applications and working with LLM APIs- In-depth knowledge of various LLMs and their practical applications- Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for API development and integration- Experience with traditional machine learning methods for text analysis- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Experience with popular LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools will be preferred- Familiarity with fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques will be preferred- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and optimization method will be preferred- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be preferredAdditional Information :Why ChiStats :At ChiStats, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
