With 3-5 years of experience, you’ll play a keyrole in designing, building, and optimizing data-driven solutions, including Traditional Models,Generative AI (GenAI) Models, Agents, and Multi-Agent Systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies, solve complex business problems, and collaborate with a passionate team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.If you’re a problem-solver with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in machinelearning, and a desire to push the boundaries of AI, we’d love to hear from youResponsibilities:• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and solutions teams to define anddevelop data-driven features for the AI platform.• Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, identify patterns, and drive actionablebusiness solutions.• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including Traditional Models andGenAI Models, to support platform capabilities.• Build and optimize algorithms for Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, ensuring scalabilityand performance.• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance dataprocessing and modeling workflows.• Conduct experiments to validate model performance, iterating based on quality metricsand business needs.• Work with large-scale data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, preprocessing, andtransformation for AI applications.• Contribute to peer reviews of code, models, and analytical approaches as part of theteam’s workflow.• Present findings and technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders in a clear, impactful way.• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and data science, proposing innovativeideas to improve the platform.• Enjoy working with an exceptional team to create groundbreaking AI solutions.Requirements:• 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.• Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn,TensorFlow, PyTorch).• Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models, includingsupervised and unsupervised techniques.• Familiarity with Generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs, or transformer-basedmodels) is a strong plus.• Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing in SQL and NoSQLenvironments.• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools for data pipelinedevelopment (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow).• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements intotechnical solutions.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverseaudiences.• Proven ability to work in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and collaborateacross teams.• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics,Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Keen interest in staying ahead of AI trends and applying them to real-world challenges.Bonus Skills• Experience with Multi-Agent Systems or reinforcement learning.• Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).• Previous work in a product-driven tech company or AI-focused organization.• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio showcasing data science work.To Apply:Apply today to join an innovative, fast-growth AI company and fast-track your career trajectory.Contact:Rishita Bane, HR Business Partner, ArcOne AIEmail: Rishita.Bane@ArcOne.com
