With cutting-edge machinery and technology from American and European leaders, we customize insulators to meet specific customer specifications.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for Manager - Design for both Ceramic & Polymeric Insulators at Winwin Speciality Insulators Limited in Atchuthapuram.Role: Responsible for creation of technical and engineering drawings using Computer-Aided Design & Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software & engineers to support the manufacturing process. Must be hands-on and willing to step in to ensure and enable crucial deadline.Reporting to: GM-DETI.QualificationsProficency in Ceramic / Polymeric Insulator Design.Technical Drawing, Engineering Drawings, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skillsExperience in creating & verifying detailed CAD/CAM drawingsProficiency in interpreting and creating engineering drawingsKnowledge of CAD software tools and applicationsAbility to work collaboratively with engineering and design teamsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience in the manufacturing industry.Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
