Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Specialist with a proven track record in Digital Marketing agency. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of successful Business Development experience in a digital marketing agency. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, a creative mindset, analytical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate within a fast-paced agency setting.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
  • Acquire new clients to meet the organization's business goals.
  • Generate potential leads, qualify them, and convert them into sales.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
  • Document the client requirements in detail to be able to work on strategy and proposal.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that demonstrate our service capabilities and value proposition.
  • Obtain referrals from the contact and convert them into sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable sales growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and content that support business growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecast revenue and manage budgets.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience within an agency setting or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of digital services like Website Development, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.
