Tata Electronics is building 4 key businesses in the electronics manufacturing value chain, namely: Electronics Manufacturing Services, Semiconductor Assembly & Test, Semiconductor Foundry, & Design Services.

Customer acquisition will be a critical success factor across all these businesses as we scale, with many common customers across the value chain. This role is expected to be a key anchor in the organization for customer related activities, working closely with the C-level Executives, Head of Global Sales and Program Management Office to deliver business insights.

Key Deliverables:

  • Create comprehensive customer database, collate key developments in each account based on the interactions of the Sales, BD, and technical teams
  • Help implement strategy for each account, prepare high quality briefing documents for C-level meetings with potential customers
  • Manage high level customer interactions including hosting customer visits
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders on key actions from customer meetings / visits
  • Will be working closely with Head of Global Sales


Essential Attributes

  • Semiconductor industry experience as a Chief of Staff, TA or Program Managment Director/Leader with experience supporting C-Level Executives
  • Proven track record of working with multiple customers in B2B space
  • Demonstrated excellence in liaising with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to execute initiatives at a fast pace with minimal oversight from management
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate challenges and ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
