In this role, you will oversee a team of TLs & BDAs responsible for engaging with potential learners/parents, qualifying leads, and inviting them to attend office demos or career guidance sessions.You will ensure that every generated lead is nurtured effectively and translated into high-quality walk-ins for our sales team, directly impacting conversion and revenue growth. Employment Type : 6 months probation + Full-timeKey Responsibilities Lead Qualification & Invitation Management Drive end-to-end lead qualification and invitation funnel — from lead assignment → first call → pitch → demo invitation → office visit. Ensure the team delivers high volumes of quality invites with consistent follow-ups and engagement. Track key metrics including invite-to-show ratios and call-to-visit conversions . Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of BDAs, and Team Leads in the invitation function. Coach team members on pitching techniques, objection handling, empathy-driven conversations, and productivity optimization. Conduct daily/weekly reviews to monitor call quality and funnel progress/conversions Establish SOPs, call scripts, and KPIs for the invitation process. Monitor dashboards (calls made, invites sent, demos scheduled, walk-ins achieved). Identify bottlenecks in lead handling and implement quick corrective actions. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with the Lead Generation team for smooth and timely lead flow. Partner with the Sales/Closure team to align on walk-in targets and ensure a consistent funnel. Share insights with other teams regarding lead quality, audience behavior, and objections. Reporting & Analysis Deliver weekly reports on calls, invites, walk-ins, and invite-to-visit ratios. Analyze data to forecast performance, set realistic team targets, and improve show-up rates. Recommend strategies to reduce lead drop-offs and increase visit conversions. Qualifications & Requirements 3–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Qualification roles within EdTech, Upskilling, or other high-ticket B2C industries. Proven team management experience (ABDMs / TLs). Strong expertise in lead qualification, cold calling, pitching, and objection handling. Excellent communication skills in English + at least one regional language (Hindi, Malayalam ,Bengali, Gujarati,Odia etc.). Proficiency in CRM tools, call tracking systems, and sales dashboards. Highly target-driven, process-oriented, and data-driven approach to managing funnels. Work Location & Days Work fromMadhya Pradesh / West Bengal / Gujarat / Odisha / Keraladepending on territory. 6-day working week Training Location : Hyderabad Work Timings : 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM No.of Working days / Weekoffs : Rotational (Not on Saturday–Sunday) Why Join Us?
