Assistant Manager

Job Description:- Conduct EHS events, camps, programs at site - Conduct Safety committee meetings - Coordinate and assist for external Inspections and audits in regards to EHS - Work/coordinate with team(s) at all levels within the organization for strengthening of EHS programs and implementation. - Assist with maintaining the Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans & Procedures. - Conduct EHS trainings as per training calendar - Check and update applicable legal register with recent legal updates. - Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices with individual site SPOC. - Conduct survey to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions. - Coordinate and assist for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation - Respond to Clients RFP with EHS data and information. - Conduct on-site inspections, audits, conduct EHS hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA) as per standards . - Ensure establishment of correct control measures for risk reduction at sites - Perform aspect and impact studies for environment management system implementation . - Further, establish controls for least impact of the activities on environment for sustainable development - Take initiative and establish controls for reduction of work place incident , accidents and injuries etc - Work for establishing sustainability program at site Face external audits / inspections and ensure appropriate and timely closure of the observations(if any) in regards to EHSQualifications:BE/MSC environment, ADIS, Lead Auditor ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
