Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our recruitment operations. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.


Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top talent.

- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.

- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for further consideration.


2. Interview Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Ensure all stakeholders are well-prepared for interviews and have necessary materials.

- Collect feedback from interviewers and candidates to facilitate decision-making processes.


3. Candidate Relationship Management:

- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and gather feedback.

- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future openings.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


4. Onboarding Support:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles.


5. Data Management and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in recruitment or HR support roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.

- Proven experience (2-3 years) and knowledge of European and U.S. recruitment market.
