Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead and manage large-scale testing engagements across multiple clients, domains, and technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in testing lifecycle management, quality assurance strategies, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of testing services, meeting SLAs, managing risks, and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery Management :

- Own end-to-end testing delivery for one or more clients/projects.

- Ensure adherence to test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

- Manage project budgets, resourcing, timelines, and delivery KPIs.

- Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and governance requirements.

Team & People Management :

- Lead distributed testing teams (onsite/offshore).

- Provide mentorship, career guidance, and performance management for team members.

- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and training initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on testing delivery.

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.

- Conduct regular governance meetings and reporting sessions.

Process & Quality Excellence :

- Define and implement testing best practices, frameworks, and processes (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, etc.).

- Drive automation, performance engineering, and test data management strategies.

- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.

Strategic Initiatives :

- Contribute to RFPs, solutioning, and pre-sales activities for new testing opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align testing with business goals.

- Champion innovation and transformation in testing delivery (AI/ML in testing, shift-left approaches).

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven track record managing large testing programs (manual, automation, performance, security

testing, etc.).

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps principles.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ALM, Selenium, UFT, LoadRunner, Tosca, TestRail, etc.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with global teams in onsite-offshore delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, ISTQB Advanced, SAFe Agilist.

- Experience with testing in cloud, data, or ERP (SAP, Oracle) environments.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven test automation and quality intelligence platforms.
