With a focus on automating compliance, their technology is used by financial institutions, fintechs, and regulators to improve accuracy and efficiency.Job Description :We are looking for an AI/ML/LLM Engineer to join our client's team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will work on building, optimizing, and scaling AI/ML pipelines for regulatory compliance solutions. This is a great opportunity to contribute to innovative AI projects and work on impactful problems.Key Responsibilities :- Build and optimize pipelines to clean and transform data for RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).- Evaluate and fine-tune multiple models for text classification, sentiment analysis, speech-to-text (STT), and other NLP tasks.- Run evals and create datasets to assess model performance, hallucination rates, recall, and accuracy.- Research and implement state-of-the-art (SOTA) approaches for knowledge graphs and Graph RAGs.- Implement inference time reasoning approaches to enhance model accuracy and performance.- Collaborate with the team to build models from scratch or scale existing models.- Research and implement innovative AI techniques to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.What We Expect :- Experience in AI/ML and LLMs is mandatory.- Proven experience with RAG, Fine Tuning, and Eval processes.- Strong experience with LLMs in production is required.- Ability to build systems from 0 to 1 or scale them from 1 to 10.- Prior experience with early-stage startups is a plus, with a strong bias for action and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.- Strong focus on results and a track record of building scalable systems.- Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and clarity in decision-making.Ideal Candidate :- Candidates from IIT, NIT, NSIT, DTU, and IIIT are highly preferred.- Passion for building impactful solutions and a strong portfolio of personal projects, open-source contributions, or relevant blog posts.- The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments with an open-minded approach.Why Join Our Client :- Competitive pay package, including the option for equity.- Flexibility to choose the split between cash and equity.- Opportunity to work in a hybrid mode, with occasional Saturday working and flexible hours.- Be part of a fast-growing startup with great growth potential and exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies.- If you are excited by the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and push the boundaries of AI technology, we would love to hear from you (ref:hirist.tech)
