AI Development LeadThis role involves the strategic development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for recruitment workflows, sourcing, screening, interview assistance, and offer orchestration.Design and build complex AI agent workflows using multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.Implement robust retrieval and context capabilities (RAG) utilizing techniques like chunking, metadata, hybrid search, query rewriting, reranking, and context compression.Develop traditional machine learning models for ranking, matching, deduplication, scoring, and risk/quality signals.The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python programming skills, solid statistics and machine learning fundamentals, and experience with multi-agent or tool-using systems. They should also have successfully delivered RAG end-to-end with vector databases and trained production machine learning models using scikit-learn and tree ensembles.This role requires hands-on AI work (70-80%), model evaluation and quality control, safety and governance, cost/performance optimization, light MLOps, mentorship, and collaboration with full-stack and infrastructure teams to drive business value and efficiency.
