Key Skills and Experience :- Over 2 years of practical experience in applying AI to real-world and comprehensive technology solutions- Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, including technologies such as TensorFlow, Python, and NLP- Proficient in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, R, and Java- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch- Strong knowledge of fundamental algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns- Skilled in essential techniques for ML projects, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation- Experienced with version control systems (e.g., Git) for effective team collaboration and code management- Scope of work is as follows and the Engineer will be coming to our office and Applications and Areas of Interest :- Internal tools automation (e.g., co-pilots for operations, workflow optimization)- Smart form filling, rule generation, and automated data extraction- Development of generative AI tools using large language models (LLMs)- Construction of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems- Design of agents using LangChain and implementation of Graph RAG architectures- Building an embedding-based search infrastructure using vector databases such as Chroma and Weaviate- Prototyping and PoC development leveraging open-source LLMs or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Copilot)- Integration of simple UI using tools like Git and lightweight front-end frameworks- Hands-on experience with chatbots, intelligent document processing, and agent-assist toolsContract role - Duration: 6-12 Months (ref:hirist.tech)
