From college rankings to counselling support and admission updates, we simplify every step of the higher education journey, ensuring students make data-driven decisions and truly belong.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement LLM architectures and AI pipelines using tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Rasa, or custom stacks- Build and fine-tune intelligent conversational agents and chatbots that handle complex, multi-turn queries- Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, etc.)- Integrate structured datasets and APIs into context-aware, data-grounded AI responses- Write robust backend services using Node.js or Python, with clean, modular architecture- Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to bring scalable AI-powered features to life- Stay current with advancements in LLM research, embedding models, and agentic AIRequired Qualifications :- 3+ years of experience working as an AI/ML Engineer.- M.Tech/M.S. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, NLP, or a related specialization- Strong experience in building and deploying LLM-powered applications or architectures- Deep knowledge of LLM frameworks (OpenAI API, LangChain, Transformers, Hugging Face, etc.)- Proficiency with Python or Node.js, REST APIs, and scalable system design- Familiarity with vector stores and embedding pipelines (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB)- Bonus if you have a hands-on experience building production-grade AI chatbots or agents- Bonus if you have an experience with cloud platforms (Render, Vercel, Railway, or Firebase)- Preferred: Background from Tier-1 institutions (IITs, IISc, IIITs, NITs, etc.)What We Offer :- Opportunity to lead AI innovation in a mission-driven, fast-growing product- Hands-on experience with real-world NLP applications and next-gen chatbot systems- Collaborative, remote-friendly team environment with ownership-driven roles- Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives- Work on meaningful AI solutions with direct user impact (ref:hirist.tech)
