(With a provision for Work from Home, only when it is necessary)Job Responsibilities Own complete operations on FB from campaign creation to reporting. Leverage the Facebook ecosystem for acquisition/retention and engagement to maximize ROI. Leverage FB targeting option to identify best-performing audience cohorts. Campaigns creation and end-to-end execution - TG, ads, copywriting, number crunching. A clear understanding of CPA, CAC, AOV, CTR, CPM, CPC, and other funnel metrics Track and measure performance at different levels and come up with actionable insights. Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings Aware of Facebook’s latest best practices & guidelines announced by Facebook for better ad results. Should know how to work on FB for better results within the realm of FB’s acceptable optimizations.
