The responsibilities include effectively addressing customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring timely and satisfactory responses. You will support customers by providing accurate information about services, managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience.Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, ensuring timely and effective assistance to customers. - Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to maintain and enhance the quality of customer interactions. - Excellent Interpersonal Skills to manage client relationships and effectively communicate with various stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service, business, or a related field. - Prior experience in the logistics or transport industry is a plus.
