Role PurposeThe M&A and Structuring Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting Adani Corporate Services’ strategic initiatives by providing expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and joint ventures. This role is integral to driving operational efficiency and aligning with the Adani Group’s broader mission of expansion sustainable growth and innovation. The position focuses on delivering high-quality innovation, assurance of adequate documentation and corporate laws and regulatory perspective.Domain Expertise- In-depth knowledge of taxation provisions, corporate laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to M&A. - Familiarity with M&A transactions, structuring and joint ventures and internal restructuring processes. - Experience in managing cross-border transactions and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed analysis and due diligence for potential targets for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. - Review, and manage documentation related to M&A transactions, including agreements, contracts, and regulatory filings. - Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure adherence to corporate laws and regulatory frameworks. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations for structuring deals to align with the group’s financial and operational goals. - Coordinate with external advisors, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction execution. - Monitor post-merger integration processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform decision-making. - Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with corporate services’ objectives.Required Qualifications & Experience- Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate laws, and regulatory frameworks. - 2–4 years of experience in M&A, joint ventures, or corporate restructuring within a large organization or consultancy firms. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactionsEducation and Experience- Chartered Accountant - 2–4 years of hands-on experience in M&A and structuring roles. - Exposure to large-scale corporate transactions and restructuring projects will be preferred
