Infographics & Data Visualization Designer

About Position:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Infographics & Data Visualization Designer to join our creative team as part of the new in-house Creative Studio. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data and information into compelling, visually engaging graphics that effectively communicate insights. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, a deep understanding of data visualization principles, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the company.

What You'll Do:

• Design clear, engaging, and informative infographics, charts, and data visualizations for digital and print platforms.
• Work closely with marketing and other stakeholders across the company to understand data and storytelling objectives.
• Develop static, interactive, and animated visualizations that enhance content strategy and engagement.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in data representation, adhering to best practices in visual storytelling.
• Optimize graphics for various media, including websites, presentations, reports, and social media.
• Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual style and brand consistency across all data-driven content.
• Collaborate with designers to create interactive data visual experiences where applicable.
• Stay updated on design trends, visualization techniques, and emerging technologies in the field.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in designing infographics, charts, and data-driven visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI a plus.
• Strong understanding of data storytelling, layout design, and typography.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into visually compelling narratives.
• Experience working with corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
