Lead Brand Designer

We are seeking an accomplished brand designer to spearhead the development of our visual identity. This individual will be responsible for creating designs that resonate with consumers and foster brand loyalty across all touchpoints.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create end-to-end design solutions for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
  • Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals.
  • Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
