    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.
  2. Process Improvement:

    • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  3. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations standards and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities including inspection results test reports and corrective actions.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control processes and best practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains competitive in quality management.
  5. Customer Focus:

    • Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.
    • Work with customer service teams to resolve qualityrelated issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Reporting:

    • Prepare and present quality reports to management highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for quality enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Quality Assurance Engineering Manufacturing or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma ISO) are a plus.
  • Experience: 24 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
