**1.** As an academic advisor you will be responsible for counselling and helping corporate executive aspirants register for various executive education programmes from top management institutes like the major IIMs, XLRI and other premier institutions that VCNow Executive Education is associated with.

**2.** You will be responsible for outbound calling and reaching out to newly assigned as well as accumulated leads by committing to a defined TAT of calling 100-120 leads (minimum 60 connected calls fresh and follow ups) every day within the stipulated timelines of calling.

**3.** You will need to probe and understand the background of the executives in terms of their education, work experience, profile, domain, role, objective of pursuing the programme and accordingly advise, counsel, match the programme objective with the aspirant’s objective and thus give confidence to the executives for registering for the executive education programmes.

**4.** You will guide aspirants on the format of learning, timelines, USPs and all other aspects of the concerned programme.

**5.** You will also be responsible for ensuring that at least 10% of eligible and valid leads counselled, register for the various executive education programmes week on week.

**8.** You will need to update the calling information/data & feedback in real time on the system.

**9.** You will need to be be available to receive inbound calls from various ads / promos as required

**10.** You will attend product briefing sessions, weekly review, webinars organized through audio call or video conference from time to time.

**11.** You will work cohesively with the VCNow Executive Education team towards a single aim of quality batch formation for all Institutes associated.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
