Job Title: Assistant General Manager Business Planning & Commercials (Footwear)

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience Required: 12 - 15 Years

Industry: Footwear / Fashion / Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive annual merchandise buy plans and manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) governance.

- Oversee COGS-MRP calculations and optimize Gross Margin % (GM%).

- Align with factories and vendors, both domestic and international, to ensure timely production and procurement.

- Lead multi-channel planning across Retail, E-commerce, MBO (Multi-Brand Outlets), and

Distribution networks.

- Provide strategic direction on team leadership, data analytics, and SOP-driven execution across commercial functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in footwear planning, merchandising, or Strong analytical abilities with advanced knowledge of Excel and production planning tools.

- Proven P&L mindset with an in-depth understanding of retail and distribution channels.

- Preferably from an FDDI or NIFT academic background.
