Job Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Influencer Hiring Intern to join our team in Mumbai. This internship position is an exciting opportunity for freshers looking to make their mark in media technology. The ideal candidate will engage with influencers across platforms like Instagram and YouTube, facilitating trend analysis and fostering impactful collaborations. Employment type: Internship. Required work experience: 0-1 years.


Qualifications and Skills

  • proficiency in influencer outreach to effectively identify and engage potential collaborators
  • aptitude in trend analysis to stay ahead of emerging digital phenomena and harness them in media strategies
  • knowledge of Instagram platform dynamics, including reels and their utilization for impactful storytelling
  • ability to create engaging YouTube video content tailored to current trends and audience preferences
  • excellent communication skills to coordinate with influencers and team members for seamless execution of campaigns
  • basic understanding of social media analytics tools to measure the impact and reach of influencer partnerships
  • creativity in developing strategies to enhance brand presence via collaborative ventures with popular influencers
  • initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced digital media environment to ensure dynamic follower engagement


Roles and Responsibilities

  • identify and reach out to potential social media influencers for collaborations with Kuberans Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd
  • analyze current social media trends to ensure our campaigns are topical and engaging for our target audience
  • assist in the creation of captivating reels and other multimedia content for Instagram to enhance brand visibility
  • work closely with influencers to create original and compelling YouTube videos reflecting our brand's ethos
  • monitor and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships using predefined metrics and KPIs
  • collaborate with the content team to integrate influencer marketing strategies into broader media initiatives
  • maintain a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
  • ensure that all digital influencer partnerships align with company goals and enhance the company's brand image
