**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Influencer with expertise in crafting engaging content for Instagram videos and reels. As a Social Media Influencer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and products, building a strong online presence, and increasing audience engagement through visually appealing and entertaining videos.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and create high-quality, visually stunning Instagram videos and reels that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
- **Platform Management**:

- Regularly update Instagram stories and reels with fresh, relevant, and shareable content.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Foster a strong connection with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Collaborate with followers, and participate in community discussions to build a loyal and interactive follower base.
- **Brand Collaboration**:

- Identify and collaborate with like-minded brands for cross-promotions and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that content aligns with both the brand's and collaborators' values and aesthetics.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of Instagram videos and reels using platform analytics.
- Provide regular insights on engagement metrics, audience growth, and content performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer with a focus on Instagram video and reels.
- Strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm, features, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey brand messages effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of current trends in social media and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for the brand and the ability to authentically represent it.

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
