We are partnering with our client to identify amid-level legal professionalfor theirCorporate Counsel team , focusing primarily onreal estate and property law . The role offers end-to-end exposure toproperty transactions, conveyancing, due diligence, and compliance , along with opportunities to support broader corporate legal functions. Location:Dadar, Mumbai Experience:4–10 years (LLB mandatory)Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiateLeave & License, Lease, Sale Deeds, MOUs , and title documents. Manageproperty acquisitions, rentals, and disposals , including due diligence and risk assessment. Ensure compliance withRERA , municipal, and development authority regulations. Liaise withexternal counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities . Handle property registration, stamp duty, and related documentation. Conductlegal due diligence , including title verification and encumbrance checks. Maintain accuratelegal records and contract databases . What We’re Looking For: Strong exposure toreal estate, property law, and conveyancing . Solid understanding ofRERA, local real estate, and development regulations . Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
