The candidate should be skilled in delivering scalable, secure solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and customize using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs - Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes - Handle integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs & middleware - Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices & coding standards - Manage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD tools - Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvementsRequired Skills:- 2–5 years in Salesforce development - Strong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS - Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules - Experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Boomi – a plus) - Hands-on with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, etc.) - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Dev II preferred - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
