Role: Salesforce Developer- ContractLocation: Remote(Two days in a week at any of our offices at Pune/Blr/Mumbai)Exp: 1-8 yearsTime zone: US Shift (4pm-1:30am IST)Contract Duration: 6 months + extendable to a yearJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce customizations. The candidate should be skilled in delivering scalable, secure solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and customize using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs- Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes- Handle integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs & middleware- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices & coding standards- Manage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD tools- Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvementsRequired Skills:- 2–5 years in Salesforce development- Strong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules- Experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Boomi – a plus)- Hands-on with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, etc.)- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Dev II preferred- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
