The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience withApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce , and overall Salesforce configuration, along with excellent problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions usingApex, LWC, Aura Components , and Visualforce. Perform customizations usingFlows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Objects/Fields setup . Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, REST/SOAP). Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure best practices, code quality, and security standards across the platform. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise inApex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Schedulable) . Advanced experience withLightning Web Components (LWC)and Aura. Good understanding ofSalesforce Governor Limits and Security Model . Experience withAPI integrationand asynchronous operations. Knowledge ofSalesforce DevOps , version control (Git), and deployment tools. Salesforce Developer certifications (ADM/PD1/PD2) are a strong plus.
