We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices across Salesforce implementations.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow. - Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations and enhancements. - Participate in the full development lifecycle – from requirement analysis to deployment and support. - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or custom solutions. - Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs. - Optimize and refactor existing code for scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. - Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Manage deployments using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center. - Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and platform capabilities. - 7–15 years of total IT experience with 6+ years in Salesforce development.
