Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead training initiatives across all our outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Food & Beverages (F&B), including liquor service standards, and the ability to design structured training modules for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service.
  • Standardize operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
  • Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&B training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry).
  • Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
  • Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel across outlets for training sessions.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently across outlets.
