Senior Knowledge Management Professional

This role involves the end-to-end management of knowledge transfer and functional process training for managed functions in Bengaluru. The goal is to upskill and transition support across various platforms, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive knowledge transfer and management roadmap, capturing critical process knowledge and disseminating it across teams during transitions and platform changes.
  • Collaborate with GBS leadership and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop a comprehensive training plan.
  • Develop high-quality training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various applications and platforms.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires, upskilling, and process changes using virtual and in-person delivery methods.
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, refining content and delivery methods for greater impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in Shared Services Organization/GBS/GCC, with at least 3 years in training or learning & development roles.
  • Exceptional understanding of GBS success factors and internal controls.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms, SuccessFactors including data migration.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Benefits
