Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Acquision Location: Bangalore Report to: Head- Human Resources Jobs reporting into: TA team Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage hiring for Brigade Hospitality, Engineering (Hotels), Facility Management, and Brigade Foundation (Schools, skill development etc). The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, designing effective sourcing strategies, ensuring superior candidate experience, and driving employer branding within these domains. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business units. - Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and plan hiring accordingly. - Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus connect. - Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer-to-joining process. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. - Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire) and provide regular hiring updates and dashboards to business and HR stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and timelines. - Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. - Drive standardized recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Brigade's HR & Admin Manual and audit requirements - Manage and mentor the TA team, ensuring capability building and adherence to competency frameworks. Desired Profile: - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Education sectors. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within timelines.
