Job Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida.

As a Java Technical Manager(IT Services), you will be responsible for overseeing Java development projects and managing a team of developers.

Your day-to-day tasks will include leading the software development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing solutions, ensuring code quality and performance, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and timeline requirements.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging professional growth and skill development.

- Develop project plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

- Apply deep knowledge of Java frameworks and technologies (e., Spring, Hibernate, JPA) to design, develop, and optimize high-quality software solutions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development best practices, and industry methodologies.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

- Implement and advocate for software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies and methodologies, and incorporate relevant improvements into projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong experience in Java development and software engineering.

- Proven track record of successfully managing Java projects and leading development teams.

- Hands-on experience with Java frameworks and technologies (e., Spring, Hibernate, JPA).

- Deep understanding of software development best practices and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders.

- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Developer
