**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an APEX Lead located in Noida. As an APEX Lead, your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing and enhancing Oracle APEX development projects, providing technical expertise in APEX design and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead and manage APEX development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring and coaching team members.

Design and develop robust and scalable APEX applications, leveraging your expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for APEX development.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APEX applications.

Stay updated on the latest APEX features and best practices.

**Requirements**

Proficiency in Oracle APEX development, including experience with APEX components, themes, and plugins.

Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts.

Experience with advanced APEX features and techniques (ORDS, plug-ins, interactive reports, mobile apps).

Experience leading development teams and managing APEX projects.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
